Meet the Owner

Hey there, and welcome to Brunch at Chelse’s! We truly appreciate your support. My name is Chelse Brown, and I’m proud to be the owner and founder of this vibrant catering company. At Brunch at Chelse’s, we are a small veteran, women-, and minority-owned business dedicated to serving up delicious meals with a personal touch. Originally from a small city just outside of Orlando, Florida, called Winter Garden, I’ve spent the majority of my life in Georgia since I was nine. So yes, I’m definitely a proclaimed Georgia Peach (lol)! After two attempts to open a restaurant and a food truck, I decided to pivot and focus on a custom catering company, pop-up restaurant, and festival vendor. I believe in the mantra, “To find a way, you have to make a way!”—a principle that guides my entrepreneurial journey. I hold a degree from Georgia State University and earned my Master’s of Science in cybersecurity from Webster University in 2022. My diverse background has not only shaped my career but also fueled my passion for bringing people together through food. In my free time, I love to travel—I’ve explored 12 countries so far!
