Yes, for a nominal fee, a consultation must be scheduled prior to approving a food tasting. The minimum number of guests for a tasting is 5 people.
After the final payment of the balance is made, guests will no longer be able to remove items from the finalized menu. However, they can add items from the menu if desired.
We accept only online payments. Payments must be paid in full 7 days prior to the event.
Serving staff is only available with 50 guests and up!

The delivery fee is $1 per mile round trip from either the Atlanta or Orlando office headquarters. On average, customers typically pay no more than $45 for delivery.
Advance Notice: Guests are required to provide an advance notice before the event date to cancel without penalty.
Deposit or Retainer: Brunch at Chelse's requires a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure the booking. Balance must be paid in full 7 days prior to the event.
Cancellation Fees: If the event is canceled within a specified period before the scheduled date, the guest may be required to pay a cancellation fee. This fee can vary depending on how close to the event date the cancellation occurs.
Partial Payments: Depending on the timing of the cancellation, the guest may still be responsible for paying a portion of the total cost even if the event doesn't take place.
We recommend that our guest please book at least two weeks to a month in advance.
No, we only specialized in catering set-up. But we can recommend popular event coordinators in your area!
No, beverage packages are not included.
