Meet the Owner
My name is Chelse Brown, and I’m proud to be the owner and founder of this vibrant catering company. At Brunch at Chelse’s, we are a small veteran, women-, and minority-owned business dedicated to serving up delicious meals with a personal touch. Originally from a small city just outside of Orlando, Florida, called Winter Garden, I’ve spent the majority of my life in Georgia since I was nine. So yes, I’m definitely a proclaimed Georgia Peach (lol)! After two attempts to open a restaurant and a food truck, I decided to pivot and focus on a custom catering company, pop-up restaurant, and festival vendor. I believe in the mantra, “To find a way, you have to make a way!”—a principle that guides my entrepreneurial journey. I hold a degree from Georgia State University and earned my Master’s of Science in cybersecurity from Webster University in 2022.
